The Concrete Castle was an utopian project. It's premise was to imagine a perfect house, made of concrete in the most Brutalist style, in which an unhappy couple tries to create rules for a different world.
The participants were
Theodore Fivel
Agathe Snow
Rita Ackermann
Michael Portnoy
Eleonora Meoni
Anne Apparu
Yann Chevalier
The project was shot at the Confort Moderne in Poitiers, and then shots of the film with drawings on concrete by RIta Ackermann were shown at Art Basel Miami 2005, in Peter Kilchmann's booth. The full project remains unfinished.
